Bed was very comfortable and room was clean and nicely decorated.

Problem with shower--water was too hot and there was not way to remedy that. Control handle was loose.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Comfortable Bed. Liked the hot tub.

No bathtub, only a shower. Pool was really cold. Not enough table at breakfast, had to eat in our room.

The location was good and easily accessible.

The non-smoking rooms still smelled of smoke.

The non-smoking rooms were close to the lobby which was very loud at all hours of the night. I would not recommend anyone with families to stay here more than 1 night.

We have stayed here before. The grand children liked the pool and all the adults liked the hot tub. We have found it to be clean, quiet, and we like it because it is close to Cracker Barrel and close to the airport, where we fly in and out. ...read more

Location.

Bed was horrible.

Clean, older hotel with good accommodations. Bed was terrible. Felt like I was sleeping on floor. Outside of that, staff was friendly and the stay was pleasant.

I liked the hates for it location, indoor pool, nice rooms, free breakfast.

I did not like the size of the beds (full size instead of queen) and the fact you could see the bathroom from the beds.

Listed as airport hotel but farther from the airport than I would have expected.

I felt that the staff does a good job helping with your needs. The rooms were clean and well kept. This location is well maintained. Convenient to the amenities of the area and has a cracker barrel restaurant next door (across the lot) for an economical meal without leaving the area. ...read more
